Unless otherwise noted, all customer/competitor data is stored in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Generally, customer/competitor data is stored in the Northern Virginia AWS region. For certain customers, particularly non-US-based customers, we may create a separate, isolated instance of our systems in a different AWS region (such as Frankfurt), which is deleted after the conclusion of the competition or contract. If the data storage/processing location is of concern to you, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
